At 8:00 of May 31, Chaonan District, Shantou
City: The No. 1 and No. 2 units of the Domestic Waste Incineration Power Plant
in Chaonan District of Shantou City constructed by the Sichuan Company
successfully completed the 72+24-hour full-load test run. All the major
equipment operation indicators met the design and specification requirements
and were successfully handed over to the owner for production. This indicates
that the processing of domestic waste in Chaonan District of Shantou City has
achieved a historic transformation from landfilling to incineration, which adds
new impetus to the scientific green development of Chaonan District.
Domestic Waste Incineration Power Plant in Chaonan District of Shantou City is
a key environmental protection project in Guangdong Province and Shantou City.
It covers an area of 140 acres, and is configured with two 500 tons/day waste
incineration processing lines and two 10 MW condensing turbine generator sets.
The completion of this project will effectively solve the problem of rubbish
siege in Chaonan District and greatly improve and optimize the local living environment
and ecological environment.
